Who is responsible
Koryntel Technologies Limited is responsible for the One Big Cheer market test.
What we collect
We collect your eight form answers, including your email address if you provide one, and whether you asked for launch updates. We also count visits anonymously by where visitors came from. We do not use cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your answers to understand whether people planning a milestone birthday would use the proposed experience. If you ask to be considered for a free early try, we use your email to reply. We will send a launch email only if you tick the updates box.
Our legal basis
We rely on legitimate interests to analyse responses and reply to early-try requests. We rely on your consent to send a launch email. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who processes your data
Vercel (web hosting) and Supabase (database) provide the web hosting and database services for this test. Your answers are stored and processed in the EU.
How long we keep it
We delete form answers within 30 days after the test ends. If you asked for launch updates, we keep your email address until launch or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for launch emails, by emailing info@koryntel.com. You can also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
